Lassi is a popular traditional curd-based
drink from the Jodhpur. Lassi is
famous in all over India specially in north India. Lassi is a meld of curd,
water, dry fruits and
sometimes fruits and its flavors. Lassi
is a savoury or zesty drink, and it is used as welcome drink in North India. Sweet lassi, however, contains sugar or
