Chilly
cutlet or Mirchi Bada
is a spicy Jodhpuri snack
consisting of mirchi(Chilly) and potato stuffing,
served hot with tomato sauce or occasionally with mint and tamarind chutney. Mirchi Bada is mostly used in breakfast
in Jodhpur. It is available on sweet shops, namkin shops in Jodhpur. Mirchi Bada is also famous in
neighbour cities of Jodhpur but no one can match and get the taste and spice of
Marche Bada of Jodhpur. Spice of Mirchi bada also export in foreign
